All products sold on www.pylonpile.com are non-tangible, irrevocable digital assets.
Final Sale: Once a digital package has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed via your account, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
One-Time Purchase: As our products are pre-made digital assets and not a subscription service, we do not offer pro-rated refunds or credit for partial use.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
Legal Declaration: By purchasing our digital packages, you provide your express prior consent for Pylon Pile Inc. to deliver the content immediately.
Waiver of Rights: You explicitly acknowledge that once the digital delivery has commenced (e.g., the download link is dispatched or the assets are accessed), you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal or “no-reason” refund.
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the identical digital package twice within a 24-hour window, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Technical Defect: If the digital file is proven to be corrupted or non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 business hours of being notified, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Delivery: If our system logs confirm that the digital delivery was not triggered and the customer never accessed the content.
We encourage our customers to contact us directly at stacking@pylonpile.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute with Stripe or your financial institution.
Fraudulent Disputes: Unauthorized chargebacks (e.g., claiming “service not received” for a successfully delivered digital asset) are monitored and considered fraudulent.
Evidence Submission: Pylon Pile Inc. reserves the right to provide purchase logs, timestamped delivery records, IP activity, and these agreed-upon terms as evidence to payment processors to contest fraudulent disputes.

Our team will review your request and verify system logs within 24 business hours.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
