No Physical Shipping: As our products are digital, no physical shipping is required. Delivery is deemed complete once the digital content is transmitted to your registered email address or made accessible via your account dashboard.
Immediate Performance & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (US/EU/CA) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and international digital commerce standards:

Refund & Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned”:
All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or user error.
Defective Products: Refunds will only be evaluated if the digital product is proven to be defective or technically non-functional. Such issues must be reported to stacking@pylonpile.com within 7 days of purchase.
Dispute Policy: Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in the immediate termination of access to all services and will be reported to payment processors and relevant credit bureaus.
Intellectual Property All content on www.pylonpile.com, including but not limited to images, logos, game mechanics, and assets, is the exclusive property of Pylon Pile Inc. (original creations) or used under valid commercial licenses. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Payments & Billing Secure Processing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Billing Identity: Charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as PYLON PILE INC.
Authorization: By completing a purchase, you authorize the one-time charge for the selected package and confirm you are the authorized user of the payment method.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (US/EU) may also apply where applicable.
